How Xibernetix works

A security service built around the person and the protected item.

Xibernetix combines physical components, protected installation, and verified identity so any compatible product, asset, or device can be dedicated to its intended owner and used only through an approved security flow.

The technology layer

Two ways to connect the physical world to a verified identity.

Each deployment begins with the technology that suits the protected item, environment, and experience you need. The item must be able to respond to its NFC tag state, Bluetooth commands, or both.

NFC tags

Tap to identify

An NFC tag gives a protected item a physical identity at close range. It can be built into or attached to a garment, jewelry item, handbag, wine bottle, medical device, lockbox, or equipment so an owner uses a deliberate tap to begin the security flow.

  • Simple, intentional interaction
  • Suitable for labels, cases, packaging, tools, and fixed equipment
  • Can support protected tag provisioning
Bluetooth peripherals

Stay aware nearby

Bluetooth peripherals add nearby-item context when a hands-free or continuous connection makes more sense than a tap. They help connect the owner, mobile device, and protected product, asset, or device during use.

  • Useful for proximity-based workflows
  • Supports a more natural device experience
  • Selected for the installation environment
Owner verification

Confirm the person

Passkey-based sign-in verifies the intended owner before an action is approved. The NFC or Bluetooth signal identifies the protected item; the owner verification confirms who is trying to use it.

  • Item identity and user identity stay separate
  • Access decisions can be recorded
  • Recovery and reassignment follow a controlled process
For Product Brands

Follow the physical NFC onboarding path.

See the complete handoff from raw NFC Type 4 tags and a manufacturer manifest to an enrolled product or device that is dedicated to its operator.

Protecting the hardware

Choose the enclosure that fits the risk and the environment.

The NFC or Bluetooth component is only one part of a secure deployment. We plan how the protected item and its security components are housed, mounted, powered, and serviced.

Electronic

Electronic protection

Electronic controls focus on the protected item's signals and behavior: authenticated communication, protected configuration, tamper-aware monitoring where supported, and lifecycle controls that can disable an item when needed.

Mechanical

Mechanical protection

Mechanical enclosures protect the physical components from casual removal, weather, impacts, or unauthorized access. The right choice depends on the mounting location, material, service access, and exposure.

Hybrid

Layer both together

A hybrid installation pairs a durable enclosure with electronic safeguards. This approach suits products, assets, and devices where physical access and digital access both need to be managed as part of the same security plan.

Owner dedication

Each protected item is assigned with a purpose.

During enrollment, the product, asset, or device is associated with its intended owner and approved use. When the item is presented later, Xibernetix checks its identity and the owner's verification before allowing the associated action.

This creates a clear boundary: a protected item is not a shared, anonymous object. If it is lost, transferred, repaired, or needs a new owner, the assignment can be disabled or changed through an authorized lifecycle process.

Your path to service

Four steps from protected item to verified use.

Details such as supported models, enclosure materials, and exact integration choices are defined with you during planning.

  1. 1

Tell us what you want to protect

Share the product, asset, or device type; where it will live; who should use it; and the outcome you want to control.

  2. 2

    Choose the hardware and housing

Together we select NFC, Bluetooth, or both, then determine whether electronic, mechanical, or hybrid protection best suits the environment.

  3. 3

    Install and enroll

The product, asset, or device is registered, its security component is provisioned, and the intended owner completes their verified account setup.

  4. 4

    Use, manage, and recover

The owner follows the approved item flow. Authorized administrators can review activity and manage an item that is replaced, transferred, or no longer in service.
