Getting Started
Xibernetix uses passkeys for secure, passwordless authentication. To get started, you will need a device that supports WebAuthn, such as a modern smartphone, laptop with biometric sensors, or a hardware security key.
For Makers
- Register your account using the "Register Maker" link on the home page.
- Set up your primary passkey during registration.
- Manage your devices and operators from the Maker dashboard.
For Operators
- Your Maker will provide you with a registration link or invite.
- Follow the link to register your own passkey.
- Once registered, you can log in to perform assigned operations.

A passkey is a digital credential, tied to a user account and a website or application. Passkeys allow users to authenticate without having to enter a username or password, or provide any additional authentication factor.
How do I reset my passkey?
If you lose access to your device, please contact your administrator (for Operators) or our support team (for Makers) to initiate a recovery process.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues during login or registration:
- Ensure your browser is up to date.
- Check that Bluetooth and NFC are enabled if using a mobile device or hardware key.
- Clear your browser cache and try again.
