Choose your workspace from the home page, then sign in with the account method offered for that role. Makers and operators can use their email address or phone number and password, a passkey when registered, or Google sign-in where enabled.
A passkey is a credential stored by your device or password manager. It confirms your identity using your device screen lock or security key, so you do not need to enter the account password.
Signed-in makers and operators can open the account icon in the header to view their profile and account settings. Administrators manage platform accounts from the administrator workspace.
Xibernetix can support any product, valuable asset, or device that can respond to an NFC tag state, Bluetooth command, or both. Device designs can use ultra-low-power BLE modules or ISO/IEC 14443 Type A NFC nodes. The goal is to personalize the item to its intended owner. Examples include:
These are examples, not a complete list. The appropriate tag, enclosure, and onboarding flow depend on the item and intended use.
Representative applications where trusted device identity and operator access can support the physical workflow.
E-bikes, shared scooters, and delivery mopeds.
High-risk construction equipment or power tools requiring operator certification.
Shared appliances, restricted access points, or gym equipment.
An MCU, or microcontroller unit, is the small embedded computer inside a supported device that controls its physical behavior, such as a locking actuator. In a device-control deployment, it can verify an authorized NFC or Bluetooth session, enable the protected function for the configured period, and return the device to its protected state after inactivity.
In Xibernetix, a Maker is the Product Brand that registers and packages the protected item. An NFC Tag Manufacturer is a separate supplier that provides raw tags and their manufacturing manifest.
Administrators oversee Product Brands and security activity. Makers manage protected products, assets, devices, and their associated Operators. Operators use their assigned items and complete their day-to-day workflows.
Features depend on your signed-in role and your relationship to the relevant maker or device. Sign out and back in to confirm you are using the intended account, then contact support if access still seems incorrect.
Security events are available from the appropriate administrator, maker, or operator workspace when your role has permission to view them.
Internet connectivity is required when an Owner or Operator first pairs a protected item with their account. Later supported authentications and operations can continue temporarily without an immediate internet connection. Xibernetix supports a secure, local cryptographic handshake between the smartphone and device, so an authorized user can tap or connect to operate a supported scooter, tool, or other asset in locations without cellular service. The app and device must reconnect periodically so Xibernetix can synchronize lifecycle changes and keep the item’s ownership assignment current.
